Methods

Kip’s Canine Club uses only ethical, positive, force-free, and science-based training techniques. Any intentional use of fear, pain or aversive training methods or equipment will not be tolerated and will result in the termination of the session or consultation with no refund. Continued use of these aversive methods will result in the termination of the full coaching plan with no refund.

Payment

Full payment is required before we can proceed with our first session or consultation.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of our session will be charged at 50%. Cancellations made within 24 hours of our session will be charged at full price.

Booking Expiration

Bookings expire after six months and are non-refundable once expired. It is your responsibility to ensure that consultations or packages are scheduled within this period.

Injury & Health

Kip’s Canine Club cannot be held liable for any loss, injuries (including death) or damages to any persons, dogs or property. It is your responsibility to provide us with full details of any current or previous injury or health condition your dog has or may have prior to our session.

In case of injury to your dog, you permit K.C.C. to take your dog to the vet, prioritising your dog’s best interest at the time. All associated vet bills are the client’s responsibility.

Under 18s

All persons under the age of 18 attending sessions must be accompanied by an adult.

Conduct Towards Staff

Disruptive, confrontational or abusive behaviour towards K.C.C. staff will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the session or consultation with no refund. Failure to resolve such behaviour will result in the termination of your full package with no refund.

Training Timeline

While we strive to provide realistic timeframes for training and behaviour modification, specific results cannot be guaranteed within a set period. Progress relies on factors including environmental setup, your dog’s physiological and emotional wellbeing, as well as your commitment to the management & training plan.

Agreement

By making a booking with Kip’s Canine Club, clients acknowledge and agree you are agreeing to all of the above.
